NO REFUND Policy

Trinbago Cigars does not offer refunds on any products purchased on our website. This is due to the nature of the products we sell, which are perishable goods.

We will only consider a refund if there is a clear error with your order, such as:

  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • You receive a damaged product.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. We will require you to provide proof of the purchase and the error with your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will allow exchanges for unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
